The practical agreements behind our courses and sessions.
Bookings and enrolment
A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing and any agreed fee has been received. Course places are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.
Fees and payment
Fees for each course and session are shared at the time of enquiry. Where instalments are offered, the schedule is agreed in writing before the program begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a one-to-one session. Course fees are transferable to a later batch where notice is given before the program starts.
Attendance and certification
Certificates are issued on completion of the required sessions and assessed practice. Missed modules may be made up in a subsequent batch at our discretion.
Scope of services
Healing services offered here are complementary and holistic. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis or psychiatric care, and they do not replace advice from a licensed clinician.
Conduct
We ask all students to respect the confidentiality of others in the group and to practise the techniques ethically and within their trained level.
Intellectual property
Course manuals, recordings and materials are provided for personal study. They may not be reproduced, resold or taught as your own without written permission.
